The outline

1. 1Set up the artist, publisher and writer records
2. 2Create the release and add the master recording
3. 3Add artwork and confirm release metadata
4. 4Attach ISRC and UPC codes from the pool
5. 5Submit the release for owner approval
6. 6Approve as the owner and note the delivery status
