Script a beginner-friendly tutorial

The outline

1. 1Write the promise in one sentence
2. 2List the steps in the order a beginner sees them
3. 3Name the exact button or menu on each step
4. 4Add one warning where people get stuck
5. 5End with how to check it worked
6. 6Read it aloud once before recording

Why this matters

This is one of the tasks people most often put off or pay someone else for. Once you've done it with a guide beside you, you can do it alone next time. Every session is recorded, so you can rewatch the exact clicks.
